5-5-5 Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs

Directions

  1. Place eggs on the trivet stand in the pot and add 1 cup cold water for a 6 quart Instant Pot or 1 1/2 cups in an 8 quart.
  2. Place the lid on, make sure it is in the sealing position and set your time for 5min for hard boiled eggs (3 min for soft boiled).
  3. When your time is up, quick release, remove the top and allow eggs to rest for 1 min.
  4. After 1 min, remove the eggs from the pot and transfer to a bowl of cold water.
  5. Allow eggs to cool for 5 min.
  6. Once cooled, crack and peel eggs and use in whatever way you like.
