I started my Healthi journey in January 2023. I turned 29 this year and I found myself overweight, uncomfortable in my own skin, and ready to make a change. From neglecting my well-being in college to enduring sciatica pain and pandemic-induced weight gain, I made a promise to never take my health for granted again. I decided to really start taking my health seriously, and I invested in the Healthi Pro. I figured that if I paid for the app, I would be more likely to use it. So far, I've shed 30 pounds! I've realized that commitment and habits are much more important than motivation. Beyond the weight loss, my quality of life is so much better! I feel energized, I sleep better, and I have so much more endurance. Healthi has taught me the importance of persistence, self-compassion, and the power of taking small, consistent steps forward.
