Top Bar is one step below Bottom Tab bar in Hierarchy, and usually presents an expanded and collapsed version
We consider the main presentation the "initial state", and this is the reference that should be used whenever possible.
Whenever users scroll or whenever it's not possible to use our main presentation, due to space constrictions, we may use the collapsed version. Please notice an alignment difference between Android and iOS.
