After becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist in 2014 I had much success with a Whole Food Plant Based Diet. I lost weight immediately… then after a FUN vaca in Costa Rica I put the weight back on and couldn’t seem to shake it! Healthi provided renewed enthusiasm to my personal weight loss and healthy eating goals. I LOVE that so many veggies are zero bites and that fit in really well with my unique health needs as well, so it was a perfect match! Even though I always eat healthy, it helps me choose wisely and I even have hopes of possibly being bikini ready again one day!

Weight has always been an issue for me. I have lost and gained weight for years. A year ago I ended a 20 year unhealthy relationship. I realized that I needed to start taking care of myself and make my health a priority. I found Healthi and tried it for a few months before deciding to go pro. The availability of the community is amazing. I love being able to connect with others on the same journey as myself. I have lost a total of 53 pounds and have about 90 left to go. I take it one day at a time and have learned that weight loss is not perfect; it’s a journey.

I began my Healthi journey in September of 2020. I had lost weight on another program from January until September but was needing a change. I hit a plateau and needed to do something different. I came across Healthi and loved what I saw! I joined and immediately fell in love with Better Balance. I joined the online communities as well and haven’t looked back since. I am less than 8 away from my goal and Healthi and their coaches have helped me get to where I am! I am so happy to join and hopefully help others in their journey as others have helped me!

Hi! My name is “Coach Ben” I started my Healthi Journey in May. I understand the weight battle having lived it since I was a teenager. I have rode the roller coaster ride of weight loss . I started Healthi in December of 2017, utilizing Carb Conscious in the beginning of my journey, I successfully lost 76 lbs to date. I have utilized all plans on the Healthi platform, so I am very familiar with the details of each plan. Currently I am using Calorie Command. All of the plans are amazing, and each of them work. I hope to inspire others with my journey and hope to be able to provide support within the community to those who may be having difficulty achieving their goals. They key to success is consistency.

Hi, My name is Jerylan, but everyone calls me Jeri. I started Healthi in May to help me maintain my weight loss. I worked for Weight Watchers for 15 years as a weight loss consultant. I use the Carb Conscious plan. I am borderline Type 2 diabetic and my sone is Type 1 diabetic, so maintaining a healthy diet is critically important at home. The best way to lose and maintain weight loss is with a healthy plan and track, weigh and measure. This app is amazing with plenty of support

I have have tried and worked with each of the Healthi weight loss plans. I have many food sensitivities, so a lot of the foods that I can eat are high in points. I am currently on Calorie Command. I hope being a coach will accelerate my weight loss journey, and will allow me to help others in the process.

I have struggled on and off for the past 10 years to keep weight off. Being a mom to 3 busy boys does not allow for much “me” time, so my health was put last. I needed to learn portion control as I have “portion distortion” big time. Healthi taught me how to learn portion control through their BITES values. For me, it was a real eye opener as to how much I was consuming at one meal! I have learned healthy eating which has enabled me to lose weight. Also, the support is great! This trip has been like a thrill ride at your local amusement park, lots of fears and thrills. I have done literally every diet there is out there over the course of my adult life. Believe me when I tell you I could buy a small ocean side mansion with what I’ve spent on programs and products. But now, I’ve found Healthi and I genuinely feel like I’ve found my home… my tribe. Four years ago I had lost 72 lbs on Weight Watchers Points Plus program. Then came the day I decided to have a cheat meal and dove head first off the Points Plus wagon. Four years later I had gained back all the weight (and a few extra) and was left depressed and anxious, short of breath and feeling horrid. I went online and started researching what programs I could use that would be similar and that’s when I found the Healthi app. I loved that I could pick my program I had previously used. It had all the features I wanted and more than I knew that I wanted! I love to help people find there way with this program and answer questions that I know we all have had or have Googled at one time!

At the time of writing this I started this journey 40 weeks ago. Originally I began on the Carb Conscious plan and then switched to the Sugar Smart plan. Through the helpful community and app features I have learned a lot about food, activity, and being healthier in general, which has led to be making a huge 60 pound dent in my goal. This isn’t my first weight loss journey, but thanks to Healthi I am confident this will be my last weight loss journey.

I started hardcore with Healthi in March of 2020. I found a great support system on Instagram that helped to motivate and inspire me. My preferred exercise is walking on the treadmill, but I have recently incorporated Beachbody workouts into my plan. I went from 223 lbs in March of 2020 and I am currently approaching my goal weight of 150 lbs. I look forward to continuing my journey through maintenance on Healthi.

I am a 31 year old mom of one on my Healthi journey. I started using Healthi in the fall of 2020 after losing some weight on another program. I started wanting to lose about 70 pounds and have lost a little over 40 pounds! Oh, and I hate celery!

If you’ve been around the Healthi community page at all, you probably already know Alexis! She previously served as a coach for the Carb Conscious community in Healthi! She describes her journey with Healthi as a roller coaster, because she didn’t start to take her weight-loss journey seriously until January of 2019. Once she discovered Carb Conscious, everything changed! She could still enjoy all of the foods that she loves, but in moderation with the support and accountability of Healthi. She loves the Restaurant Guide that we’ve published, when trying to make healthy decisions outside of her own kitchen. When she is doing the cooking, she also loves to use the recipe builder! Alexis says, “It’s all about being consistent and coming back to what works for you. Find a program you love, and it will never feel like a diet” and we couldn’t agree more!

I am a certified chef and mom of 3. I had previously lost  over 100 pounds in a little over a year. Then hit a plateau. I deal with a lot of medical issues and chronic pain which also resulted in me gaining some weight back. I wanted to recommit to my weight loss journey and try a new program. I joined Healthi, so far I love it! The ease of the app is great! I am also loving being a part of the amazing Healthi Community and having the opportunity to share my passion for healthy delicious recipes.

Brianna is a mid 30s woman living her best life in the Minneapolis area. She’s a wife, dog mom to her 3-year-old Yorkie, Gracie, and a Youtuber on the channel Diva and the Divine, where she talks about her lifestyle as a homemaker, living with Charcot Marie Tooth Disease (CMT), and of course, weight loss. She loves following the Carb Conscious plan on Healthi because she found success on that plan the first time around and is excited to hit the goal on the same plan as before with the Healthi community as her support. Brianna’s ultimate goal is to find the balance between living life at a healthy weight and a life free of food deprivation.

We have been impressed with Genien’s master-craft in the kitchen for quite some time now! Genien spends her days with her daughter- blogging, vlogging, cooking and baking. She runs several different Instagram pages to best cater to her large audience! Being the kitchen wizz that she is, her favorite feature on the Healthi app is the recipe builder. Genien loves to use this feature to not only track her own food, but to share her most recent creations, as well! Originally Genien was following the Sugar Smart plan, but has now started to enjoy the journey of Keeping Keto!

Hibah is a 30 year old who lives in Arizona with her husband and three children. With a B.A. in Global Health and a Masters of Education, she is passionate about sharing and educating about her health journey! Hibah has a daughter who was born with a complex congenital heart defect, and strives to balance health for herself and for her family. She’s been using Healthi for a year and a half and has lost 57 pounds so far with the Sugar Smart plan. Hibah gets her healthy recipe inspiration and love of food from her parent’s restaurant, the Flaming Kebab in Mesa, Arizona.

Hello! My name is Jake. I am a graphic designer and live in Metro-Detroit with my partner Nick and our dog Cooper. I joined Healthi earlier this year after trying other programs. I love how seamlessly it integrates into my life, giving me the tools to make healthier choices all while giving me the freedom to enjoy the things I love. I love to travel, especially road trips. There is nothing better than finding a weird roadside attraction or museum; from a baked bean museum to Corn Henge I love to visit all the oddities.

I joined Healthi last fall when I had already lost about 30 pounds with a different program but needed a change. The community, array of plans and support has been life changing! 
If you’re on the fence about switching plans or just want more insight, I highly suggest the dual tracking feature that allows to you add calorie or macro tracking to any plan you’re on. It’s a PRO feature but one with endless worth!

Meagan is our first and only Canadian ambassador!! Living in Nova Scotia with her husband, she spends her days homeschooling her two kids (Irish twins, nonetheless!). After the miracle birth of both of her two kids, within ten months of each other, Meagan struggled to lose the babies’ weight. She got serious about her health journey when the world basically shut down and knew that while all else was out of her control her health was something she could control! And here we are 7 months later and she’s feeling closer and closer to her old self. She claims to owe much of her success to Healthi and how flexible the program is. It allows her to still incorporate her favorite foods and create meals her whole family enjoys together! Meagan is over halfway to her goal weight of 168 pounds. She loves to follow and share recipes through the community page on the app!

Paul entered his health and wellness journey when he realized the scale at his doctor’s office wasn’t sufficient for his weight. He set a goal of losing the ten pounds needed to use that scale, and now here we are, over 150 pounds later!! Since joining Healthi, Paul truly believes a fire has been lit mentally on his weight loss plan again. The one thing he truly loves about Healthi and our plan, is the double measure tracking. So many times he felt discouraged after eating what seemed like a proper amount, and still feeling hungry. With the double tracking method of BITES/ counting calories, his mental game in this journey is so much stronger. Tracking now is an everyday part of his life. With Healthi, he knows that he is not the only one capable of seeing success like his. Paul likes to share the journey that he’s on, on social media, in hopes of inspiring maybe just one person to give their own journey one more try! 

Rachel started her weight loss journey in July of 2018, at a starting weight of 213.8 pounds. Using the Calorie Command plan with Healthi has brought her down to 192.6 pounds, for a total weight loss of 21 pounds! Rachel works as a full-time Registered Nurse and part-time as a sports producer for her family business, Zaleski Sports. She finds support through her husband, Jason, and her two grown children, Marissa and Trevor.

Whitney Grigsby

I joined Healthi in December 2020 after an eye opening visit with my Doctor. She sat me down and told me my cholesterol numbers were dangerously high and that I needed to make a change in my eating habits, start exercising and lose weight. She also advised that losing weight could help with the neck and joint pain I was suffering with by taking pressure off my joints. I took my first few months and tried 3 of the plans offered and decided in March 2021 that the Sugar Smart plan was best for me and it was time to get to work. I love that I am seeing success with this plan while eating foods that I love in moderation. I am able to cook healthy meals that my husband and I both enjoy while staying within my BITES. I hope that I can encourage people who may be thinking of making changes in their life to improve their health and are at the same starting point I was at in December and we can get healthy together!
