Lemon Shrimp Skewers

Shrimp skewers- start to finish these skewers are ready in about 15 minutes and there so delicious.

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

1 TspSalt
1 TspOlive Oil
1 TspGarlic Powder
0.25 CupsLemon Juice
1 PoundRaw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
0.25 TspBlack Pepper

Directions

  • Combine spices, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl to create a marinade.
  • Combine the marinade with the raw shrimp. Mix well.
  • Place 5 shrimps on each skewer (if using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes prior to using).
  • Grill 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
