Fully Loaded Broccoli Salad

 

Serves 8 People

Ingredients

5 MEDIUMScallions (Green Onions)
1 CUPLight Mayonnaise
12 TBSPSliced Roasted Almonds
10 SLICESWood Smoked, Original Turkey Bacon
1 CUPCheddar Cheese, Fat Free
16 CUPSBroccoli
1 CUPRed Onion
0.33 CUPYogurt Dressing, Cilantro Avocado
1 PEPPERPeppers, Serrano, Raw

Directions

  • Slightly oven roast your broccoli florets with a drizzle of olive oil and salt & pepper to taste.
  • Dice your red onion, green onions, and serrano pepper.
  • Bake your turkey bacon to your desired crispiness. Cut up once finished.
  • Combine all of the ingredients, and mix well.
