Asian Slaw

Asian slaw- this is one of my favorite bbq side dishes! It comes together quickly and it’s so delicious.

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

1 TbspToasted Sesame Seeds
1 TspGinger Paste
2 CupsEdamame, Shelled
3 TbspApple Cider Vinegar
1 MediumGarlic
0.25 TspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
0.25 CupHoney
1 TbspSoy Sauce
0.5 CupOnions
3 CupsColeslaw Mix

Directions

  • In a bowl, add onion, edamame, coleslaw mix, and toasted sesame seeds.
  • In a separate bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, honey, ginger paste, and red pepper flakes.
  • Combine dressing and coleslaw mix together.
  • Serve immediately.
